Highmanor Construction Limited is a Nottingham based Company formed in 2006, with the business owners having over 20 years experience in all areas of Construction, Groundwork’s and Civil Engineering specializing in DDA works (Disability Discrimination Act).

We have formed this Company with total confidence in our capabilities and have created a thriving business, making our mark in our own city of Nottingham and throughout the East Midlands.

Over the years we have worked on many contracts in the Nottingham area, such as the construction of the Nottingham Southern relief road, the completion of external works to the Nottingham Ice Arena, many phases of work to rejuvenate inner city housing estates, such as St Anns, The Meadows, Top Valley and Sneinton Dale, works to Nottingham Trent University, local Collages, Schools, Government Buildings and private businesses.  This type of work has covered a wide field of skills from house building up to floor level, which includes installation of all services, roads, footpaths and drives, all forms of paving and surface finishing, all types of drainage, car park construction, sympathetic  restoration works, reinstatement works, enabling works, fence erecting and much more.

For the last several years our work has increasingly involved schemes, to enable the disabled in our communities to gain access via the design and construction of ramps, with correct falls in all materials and hand rail systems to Council buildings, Schools, Universities, Youth Clubs, Libraries, Hospitals and Churches, all in line with DDA legislation, also the construction of flights of steps with hazard warning paving, the construction of footpaths with drop kerb details with directional paving and much more.
