Welcome to Highmanor Construction Ltd

We are a Nottingham based company formed in 2006 with all company directors having over 35 years experience within the construction industry, specialising in construction groundworks and civil engineering.

Over the years we have worked on many projects throughout the Midlands, being a commercial contractor in both public and private sectors. We are a registered approved contractor with local councils, NHS, universities, school academies, main contractors and other service providers.

We are also framework contractors and have just recently secured an “Estates Works Frameworks” contract for four years with the Nottingham Trent University; this contract was secured after a lengthy selection process based on the OJEU (Official Journal of the European Union) selection and award system, the disciplines consisted of Delivery, Health & Safety, sustainability, technical ability, quality assurance, experience, price and added value that we could offer as a company to the university.
